Online Store Policy
NO REFUNDS. Store credit or even exchange only.
An inquiry must be made within 7 days of order arrival. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs to return any items for store credit. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
To receive store credit on any item please note that the items must have the original tags, have no stains, must be odorless, and be in their original condition in which it was received.
Final sale items include bodysuits, white clothing, dresses, intimate items, undergarments (such as bandeaus, bralettes, bras, underwear, etc.), all cosmetic items, all accessories, all purses, all lingerie, and any items purchased on sale or under our Markdowns section.
Effective October 24th, 2023: Local pickup order customers may come in and even exchange qualifying items within 15 days of purchase date.
SHIPPING
*NOTE: All items are shipped from our brick and mortar location. Some items may include hand written tags on them.
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to change or cancel the order. Please make sure that any and all order and shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days, weekends and holidays do not count.
If a package is sent back to our address because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible and will have to pay a re-shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address. Shipping fees are based on destination and weight.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We only see what the customer sees when a tracking number is provided. Please contact your local post office for help on recovery of your lost or stolen packages.
